« This property is everything you need for a beach vacation! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we were always greeted warmly by staff who were always friendly. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The pool is clean, fun, and the ability to use the Holiday Inn pool is also great! The Tiki bar was fun and the bartenders are excellent. « Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...
