« I enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and shops. We had hot water in showers and the heater really heated the space well. The bed in the back is full size and not a queen. We wish we knew that but there is a pull out bed if the full size doesn't work for you. »

« Very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped and supplied, except we couldn’t find any ice trays. Our one disappointment was that the patio wasn’t more attractive. An umbrella or awning for shade and a few pots of flowers to replace the weeds would have made it a much pleasanter place to hang out. The hot tub was great. »

« Typical old house in a mountain town. No frills, but slept 5 adults comfortably. Fully functioning kitchen. Communication with the host was easy. Cute and clean. No wifi didn't really affect us, cell service was just fine. »

« Beautiful home. Well outfitted with everything you would need. Beautiful location with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the area. For pet owners, this house fits all your needs. »

« This unit has everything you need for a quick mountain getaway! The bedroom and living rooms were spacious and cozy, the kitchenette was well stocked with cooking supplies for basic meals, and the location is excellent! Walking distance from one trailhead and so close to Minturn shops and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and even dropped off a box fan for us when the temps got kind of toasty. Overall, a great spot to stay! »

« I usually ignore online reviews but this place was truly awesome. It is an older home, but they all are in Leadville. One minute walk to Main Street. Way roomier than it appears. Everything was perfect. I will definitely be back! »

« Where do I even begin!? This place is amazing! The hosts were very accommodating to my itinerary changes, check in was a breeze, and they really made me feel like I was their #1 priority. The cabin is sooo chic and posh. The decor, vibe and views are a 10/10, and I’m already working on talking my family into a summer trip back up to Leadville just to stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for providing such a wonderful place. Words cannot do it justice! »
