'I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

'The house was better than expected. Everything is updated nicely. The house was very large and the kids loved the upstairs. Ask about the parking in the back- full garage.Nice! Overall great stay.'

'The home is cozy and clean and has lots of space for family to gather and spend time. The outdoor patio is screened in and spacious. Our beds were comfy and the best part of our trip was being down the street from family in Slatington as usually we’d have to stay half hour away in a hotel. This is a great place to stay locally! '

'We had our wedding at the Washington about a mile away. Our out of town family stayed here. And they loved it! Leigh and Stephanie are great hosts, and had everything you could possibly need! The house is very clean! The setting is beautiful surrounded by woods and very orivaye but close enough if you need to run out to get anything.Would highly recommend staying here! '

'The host/property manager was communicative, responsive and all around wonderful. This property was perfectly located for the sites that we were visiting around De Sales University. The property was clean and as described. I do want to note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath with no shower and that the house is nestled between two senior living buildings and a busy route 378. Wonderful stay regardless!!'

'We were in town for a wedding and this was close and convenient to the event. This is basically a nice row house with 5 bedrooms on 3 floors with two very small bathrooms. Very clean and nicely amended with an updated kitchen which we did not use since we were just there overnight. Lots of stairs so if that’s an issue I would not recommend but it was perfect for my family.'

'We are a group of 6 women. We all had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and comfortable with lots of kitchen counters. There was one bedroom on the ground floor, which worked well for a person with knee trouble. The pools are terrific. The location is quiet & beautiful. We hope to return next year.'
