The apartment has no airconditioning and is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.



This affordable apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bright layout and specially equipped windows reduce heat gain, promoting energy efficiency without the need for air conditioning.



Located near a metro stop just fifty meters away, you can easily explore the rest of Barcelona. On Saturdays, the main street near the apartment transforms into a lively market where local vendors offer fresh food, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture.



Please note that the apartment is located in a building without an elevator, so guests will have to climb stairs.

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.

If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



-Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 10.45€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.



- Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.
