Noise:

Respect for neighbors is mandatory

Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances

Noise detector: The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable it or exceed the allowed noise level may result in a fine between €50 and €250.







Smoking:

Not allowed inside the apartment (€50–€250 fine)







Pets:

Pets under 10 kg accepted upon request (€20 fee)







Towels:

Bath towels must not be used for the beach. Otherwise, €12 per towel will be charged







Check-in:

Standard: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM





Late arrivals:

Identification: In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID of all guests.
