Great Stay

The location and apartment were fantastic. The apartment was close to Sagrada Familia, as well as the metro and taxis. Passeig de Gracia was within walking distance. The place was clean and roomy for six of us. At night, the place was quiet. (We were a bit surprised that Eixample closed so early.)

Good location, adequate apartment/building

Our host, Jorge was terrific. Very responsive, explained everything about the unit and had great recommendations for places to eat in the area. Location was good, just few blocks from the Sagrada, plenty of places to grocery shop for small items and breakfast place on the corner. The apartment itself was not what we expected. It sufficed, but felt tired and not very clean. The furniture was serviceable, had a nice balcony but the building was dated and inner atrium was unclean. There was construction going on in the building (floor above) during our visit, so noise and foot traffic were an issue for us.

Very disappointed

It seems like they are going for an "insta-worthy" image without any actual quality. The curtains were ripped in the living room, the "leather" chairs were shedding the fake leather, so anyone that sat in them stood up covered in white flakes, there was even one bed that did not have a duvet on it. I contacted the property manager, who had been very responsive when emailing about issues with the card payment, but never replied to the lack of a duvet. The number of people is recorded when booking, yet they didn't leave enough coffee pods for everyone to even have one. (pictures available if necessary)

Excellent Location

We loved our stay at Grace! Perfect location, very spacious apartment, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was really easy and the property is professionally managed.
