VILLA LUSSO - FLORENCE AREA

Located between Florence and Siena in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Villa Lusso is a lovingly restored mill with a private swimming pool. This charming villa is surrounded by lush and colourful vegetation and has rustic and historic touches throughout. The villa is within a short driving distance of the nearest shops and restaurants and is conveniently located for exploring must-see Tuscan towns such as San Gimignano, Florence, and Siena, if you choose to drive from the villa.

Villa Lusso consists of a main villa and two annexes.

MAIN VILLA

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a spacious living room, a dining room which includes a perfectly preserved kitchen dating back to the 4th century A.D., and a well-equipped modern kitchen. There is also a bathroom (with laundry facilities) and a bedroom suite (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with travertine shower).

On the first floor, you will find a bright living room (with a fireplace), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with travertine shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with travertine shower and free-standing bath).

On the garden floor, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and direct access to a private patio.

LARGE ANNEX

To the left of the main villa, you will find the large annex which extends over two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and access to a patio and a loggia which is used as a dining room.

On the first floor there is an open mezzanine floor overlooking the pool with two single beds.

SMALL ANNEX

The small annex is located opposite the main villa. Here you will find a living room (with fireplace), a kitchen (with a historic marble sink) and a double bedroom (with double bed) with an open bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a beautiful garden featuring lawns and a private swimming pool (15m x 7m; depth 1.6m; open from 1 April to 1 November) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), outdoor dining areas, two pizza ovens and an outdoor relaxation area (with comfortable outdoor seating). The villa also has private parking and private access to the river Pesa.
