'Clean room, good facilities. Close to gondola with frequent shuttle, ski hire in the building with friendly and helpful staff. '

'Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!'

'Room was clean and tidy. The Mountain View and little balcony was very nice. The parking was easy and spacious. It was in close walking distance to the downtown Bansko area where all the bars and restaurants are. The owners were very pleasant. '

'Its a nice place to stay. The rooms can be weird divided. The staff is very helpfull and service where they can. Breakfast is good but a weird setup, so when larger groups, more then 5 are at the buffet, its to crowded to take things'

'First room had a very bad bed. But when we ask for a solution whe got a new room. Rooms are basic but very clean. Very frendly people at the reception and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner is very good.'

'Hot tubs weren't open but pool was and it was very nice. Breakfast is sufficient. Front desk staff nice. Good value.'
