'I hate to say this as the location is 10/10 and the staff are so lovely. Unfortunately the room I stayed in was quite dirty…I arrived after hours and was only there to sleep so did not ask to be moved therefore they didn’t have a chance to rectify the issue which I take responsibility for. However I’m not sure if any other rooms would’ve been much better as the main issue was the carpet which needs to be replaced. Just filthy and stained and the whole room smelled like dirty/damp carpet....

'What a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous building overlooking the park. We were very warmly welcomed and given lots of tips on what to do. Our room was very nicely decorated with a mix of modern and period features. Modern bathroom. Close to all the shops and restaurants and a short drive to the coogee to bondi cliff walk'

'Good value for money. Whilst close to the Great Western Highway and train line didn’t really notice it. Walkable distance into Blackheath shops. Very comfortable bed. You won’t speak to any staff at all, self service and checkout through lock box.There is some basic self service breakfast if you want to eat in with cereal, juice and bread. 'Het is een prachtig klein hotel. De mensen zijn erg vriendelijk en de kamer en gedeelde badkamer zien er erg netjes uit. Het enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is, je hoort alles wat er in de gang gebeurd'
