The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Our room was great, comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The house itself was a lovely place to stay, with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of character. We really appreciated how accommodating everyone was and would happily stay here again. 'The area was so quiet and right across the road from the three sisters. You couldn't get any closer.. The property was clean and tidy and just what we needed. Beds were comfy, the unit was cozy, nice hot shower. We could have done our own cooking if we wanted and we could park the car on the property. The staff were well organised for travellers like us who arrive and leave outside office hours.'

'We kregen een upgrade naar La Maison Boutique Hotel omdat Belgravia Mountain Guest House geschilderd werd. De nieuwe kamer was goed, alleen de ramen zaten vol met spinnenweb en waren erg vies. Het hotel ligt op een paar minuten afstand van de three sisters en 15min lopen vanuit het dorpje Katoomba.'
