'I arrived at the property at 2pm. We had an early checkin. After we got our key, we waited 1 1/2 hours trying to get a cart to unload our luggage. The hotel has 4 unloading spots. 2/4 unloading spots had cars permanently parked their during our entire stay. The front desk literally said they knew it was a problem, complain all you want, we don’t care. We left and came back after dinner. And the parking garage is 2 blocks away… and bonus: if you want to drive your car in and out, the hotel...

'Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect.'

Also Ms.Lisa she was very helpful with my girls making their breakfast , making sure we had everything. Was very friendly and sweet ! 'Clean & spacious room. Nice amenities. Overall a pleasant stay minus one situation. Unfortunately another hotel guest stole our Uber Eats order from our hotel door which was disappointing to say the least. First of all, who does that?!? Hotel staff thought it might’ve been one of the several teenagers staying there that weekend. The staff couldn’t do much except give us a breakfast voucher. Security cameras around the building & floors would’ve helped minimize this issue.'
