We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. It’s situated in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Rather than try parking downtown we left the car there and took taxis to and from the Latin Quarter, which is about a 10 minute ride. 'The location was alright. The parking was less than desirable. We had to park our car in a pay lot that was a 15 min walk away. The neighborhood is also next to a school, so there is morning and afternoon noise from the kids walking to and from. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly. '
