'The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely...

'Incredible stay!! The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend in town. A few of us traveled from different areas and spent the Belmont Weekend at this beautiful home. Jon was extremely communicative and very helpful with every aspect. Highly recommend this rental to adults for a nice wknd in town or even families with smaller children. The house has everything you can ask for and more! And the location is A!! We will be renting again in the future!!'

'perfect location and size for our group of five adults. We couldn't get into the house with the access code from the owner but she came to the house within a reasonable time to fix the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, despite being close to the interstate. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to try the hot tub.'

'We are a group of moms in our 30's & 40's who were looking for a nice, peaceful getaway for our friend who is getting married. This property was perfect for the occasion! It is located in a quiet residential area with a large outdoor space to relax. It is only about a 20 Uber ride to downtown Saratoga, so we took advantage of the amazing restaurants and nightlife close by.
