  • Perfect uitje met het gezin op prachtige Bald Head Island. Gigi's Place is centraal gelegen in het maritieme bos, op slechts 3 minuten rijden met de golfkar van de stranden. Grote prive-woning gelegen op de 7e fairway minuten van de haven, stranden en markt. Volledig uitgerust met alle essentiële behoeften voor elk gezinslid. Van buitenspelen en hangmatten tot binnenspelen, kinderen zullen genieten van het volledige plezier van Gigi's speelgoed voor de lol, inclusief Xbox One met draadloze controllers. Alle slaapkamers hebben nieuwe Smart Flat Screen-tv's, met volledige kabel en draadloos internet. Voor de trappen zijn babyhekjes voorzien, Pack and Play met matras, kinderstoel, Doc a tot en babyfoons maken reizen met baby's en peuters een fluitje van een cent. Volwassenen zullen genieten van het uitzicht op de golfbaan en de afgeschermde veranda met tweede eethoek. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met nieuwe apparaten 2 koelkasten met ijsmachines, keurig, blenders, insta en crock potten, keukenmachine en keukenhulp mixer en blender. Het eetgedeelte biedt plaats aan grotere gezinnen met een uitschuifbare tafel. Deze ruime woning biedt 4 grote slaapkamers en 12 personen. 2 Master suites met kingsize bedden en Queen en Bunk kamer die hal bad delen. Designer beddengoed en lakens met alle nieuwe traagschuimmatrassen. Gigi's plaats is ons permanente huis van september tot mei en we zijn verheugd om onze OASIS met u te delen. Avontuurzoekers op het eiland zullen genieten van 2 kajaks (1 persoon en 3 personen), 2 surfplanken, boogieplanken, 2 fietsen voor volwassenen, zandvolleybalsets Andere stranduitrusting die op Gig's Place te vinden is: jeu de boules, paddlebal, boogieplanken, draadloze strandluidspreker , strandstoelen, parasols, koelers en strandwagen die wordt bevestigd aan golfkar voor eenvoudig strandreizen. (1) Golfkar voor 4 personen, (1) Golfkar voor 6 personen. Houtskool- en gasgrills voor uw grillplezier. Vrijdag / vrijdag beurt dag in het seizoen maakt het vermijden van de aankomst en vertrek drukte een briesje en kunt u genieten van een volledig strandweekend.
    Gigi's Place biedt ook vuilniszakken, was- en vaatwasmiddel om uw reislasten te verminderen.

Excellent and prompt communication with the host. A lot of extras my family enjoyed taking to the beach like the kayaks and spikeball! The screened in porch was very nice and completely bug free. We had a great time staying here! The host was helpful and very accommodating for our needs!

Had a great experience staying here. The host provided clear communication and was easy to work with. The home was spacious and a perfect fit for our family and especially our toddler. The location on the island was very convenient and the ability to purchase guest passes to the BHI Club really added to the experience. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Out of the Office! Great location and communication from the host. The house was very clean, had nice bathrooms, was well-appointed and offered a lot of privacy. We’ve stayed at a lot of homes in BHI and this was definitely one of our best!

Hosts were excellent with communication prior to , during, and at the end of the trip. Property was great for having kids with lots of board games, cards, and video games available for them. Golf carts ran well and were great. Clean property. Had all of the basics to cook and eat meals at home. We loved the screened in back porch. Great space and would definitely rent again.

Annual Family Vacation to BHI

we have had our family vacation at BHI for 12 years now, this home was absolutely amazing. Perfect location and setup for a large family. We loved our stay and would love to visit again, Thank you for making our family feel at home.

Beautiful house with a lovely back porch and swing! Everything you need is there. Just a heads up the fire pit was removed due to no burn policy and they are pet friendly with a 300 fee. Great relaxing vacay, would definitely come again!

Perfect family vacation!

We love Bald Head Island for many reasons and this house met all of our needs. We loved the location, the fact that it had 3 golf carts, the kids bunk bed and trundle room, 2 king size beds, bikes, toys, and the nice screened in porch! We come back every year and we’re % pleased with this property!

10 stars if I could! I highly recommend you get Out of Office at this beautiful home. Thank you for the comfortable mattresses and all the beach gear. The grill was fabulous . I loved the location, too! I truly hope to rent this place again. It was a perfect home for our family and our pup. Great communication and support from the host.

Incredible for families!

Loved our stay at “Out of Office” in June. It was a perfect spot for families. If you are traveling with toddlers or babies, book this spot and take some of your stress off! So many amazing kid supplies. Best of all, the host Taylor has top notch hospitality! We were scoping out our next stay on the island one day and my husband said “but we can’t book somewhere without Taylor’s hospitality!” Seriously, the perfect get away!

Great stay!

We booked this home and had a great stay. There were 7 of us and plenty of room. The kids loved the games, the grandparents loved the puzzles, and the screened in porch was perfect! We utilized the golf carts to explore the island and mainly ate our dinners in the home with plenty of space and everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. Would stay here again. Thank you to a great host that was very prompt with questions leading up to the visit!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house was in the perfect location, spotless, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. With 4 adults and 4 children, there was plenty of space, and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable for everyone. The host was so kind and responded to our questions promptly, both before and during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back! If you have kids and are traveling to the island, this is the place to stay!!

Beautiful home in a peaceful setting

We had a wonderful time. There were a couple minor issues in the beginning but the property owner was very quick and gracious to correct them and make our stay really special. The home is lovely with very nice furnishings. The beds were very comfortable with very nice linens. The location was very convenient to the island amenities. Plenty of golf carts for our use and a nice grill! The kitchen was well stocked and great for our family gatherings. It was a lovely and comfortable vacation! 2

Everything You Need

This beautiful home was the site of our summer vacation, and it was everything we wanted and more. The house is perfectly appointed. Seriously, we've never stayed in a house that had everything you can think of. This one did! The floorplan worked more than well for our party of six, and the view from the back porch can't be beat. A small slice of paradise..

This was our second stay at GiGi’s Place (first through VRBO) and we will be back again and again. Bald Head Island is an amazing little paradise and GiGi’s Place is the perfect place to enjoy it from. We travelled with another family and the dual master suites made this house a great fit. The beds are comfortable with new memory foam mattresses. The linens are high quality and soft. Between the two families we had 5 children (one an infant). GIGi’s Place has a fun bunk room that easily slept the 4 older children and could have held more. It also had everything we needed for an infant plus things we didn’t know we were missing (the doc-a-tot was so nice we bought one of our own when we got home). The pack-n-play had a mattress making it more comfortable for a 7 night stay and the baby monitors were a great touch. We also traveled with a babysitter, who had her own bedroom to escape to. On Bald Head you do a lot of your own cooking and GiGi’s place was a DREAM. The kitchen has everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Let’s be honest no one wants to be in the kitchen on vacation, but with the instant pot and slow cooker GiGi’s makes it easy to spend most of your time enjoying Bald Head! The golf carts provided are nice and on the newer side. There is more fun beach equipment than we knew what to do with and the older children loved the kayak on the marsh. The location is one of the best on the island, everything is 3-5 minutes away (market, harbor, beaches, BHI Club). And the back porch has wonderful views of the golf course and occasionally an alligator. The property owner, Lou, is so helpful and kind. She’s quick to respond to questions and provides lots of great information and tips for travel to and life on the island. All said we’ll be back every year!

Magical Escape

We can’t say enough good things about our wonderful experience at Gigi’s Place. The location is private, quiet, and beautiful. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated how each room was well-appointed and stocked, especially the kitchen—which we cooked in every day, both adults and kids. Little things like updated laundry appliances and high-end mattresses/sheets go a long way towards making guests feel very welcome and comfortable. Lou is an attentive and appreciative homeowner who made sure that we were comfortable with the level of cleanliness and care (during COVID) and she even offered to help us manage through a storm and island-wide power outage. Having two carts is a great bonus—especially one larger one for when our 2-family crew headed to the beach with chairs and gear everyday. BHI is a special destination and Gigi’s Place is a perfect place to stay and enjoy everything the island has to offer.
