'I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free.
The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...

'The room was clean and the bedding was enough - I didn't need heating. The staff were extremely helpful (we had an issue with a tour operator and they spent time helping to solve the issue - I'm very thankful for that, especially being in a foreign language country). The breakfast was so good and they also recommended great food spots and how to eat to combat any altitude sickness. Amazing.'

'Our stay at R House was pleasant, especially the lady from the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room itself was a bit small, but the amazing view over Cusco makes up for all of it. Breakfast was decent (but very enjoyable when you eat next to that view). Neighbourhood was relatively quiet, and even though some would argue it's far away from the center, it's only 15minutes and walking around in Cusco is a delight. To sum up, good place to stay and staff is great ;)'

'When we checked in, the guys gave us the key and asked ask to wait because he didn't know that the room was ready. We waited one and a half hour in the lobby with out entire luggage, after I went and asked him how much longer and he said "oh, your room has been ready, I gave you the key". I didn't argue with him because at this point it was not wroth it, but this I hope that you see that this was incredibly rude. No, it was not obvious that if you give me the key that it is a sign that the room...

Tele grande enfrente de la cama configurada para utilizar el screen mirrow. No me gustó que vendieran agua en recepción a un precio muy elevado. Volvería alojarme aquí.
