'Very nice hotel to stay. Staff was very helpfull. Wifi was a big issue. No connection at room during daytime. Sometimes when you had luck you had connection at night. Needs new voucher every 3days! Good connection wifi at poolside and restaurant. Restaurant has good foods, staff is helpfull but empty plates stay long at the table when finished. '

'I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

'Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative.
Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside...'

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'gezellig hotel, prima prijs voor de geboden kwaliteit, fijn zwembad (lijkt veel groter op de foto's) vriendelijk personeel. Helaas ligt het hotel nogal afgelegen van Cebu stad of bezienswaardigheden op Mactan island. Zeer geschikt voor mensen die een romantisch hotel zoeken of tot rust willen komen. Elke taxirit begint met 100php nog voordat er een meter is gereden.'

'Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here.
The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved.'

'Ouderwetse kamer in het 'nieuwe gedeelte'. Slecht bed, ouderwetse badkamer. Het hotel lijkt TOTAAL NIET op de foto's. Personeel is vriendelijk. Restaurant stelt niets voor, daar is het personeel slecht. De omgeving is niet bijzonder, ver weg. Het enige goede is dat er op loopafstand een Italiaans restaurant zit: Giuseppe. Ga daar heen!'
