Appartementen in Bal Harbour

'Very close to the beach- 3-4 minute. Great chairs and towels once you get there. Rooms are clean and kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Bathroom is new like the entire building. We didn’t use the small pool.'

'Everything was perfect'

'Plusses: very clean, near beach, Minuses: sterile, uncomfortable, and minimal decor, drilling sounds from work being done, terrace looks out on a parking lot and is below an overpass, front desk staff are unpleasant, reading lamp by bed not functional, walls thin - could hear baby screaming in next room'

'Bleach odor was over-powering and gave us a headache!!Check-in process was not communicated via VRBO app as promised which required me to contact them via multiple phone calls and emails, creating undue stress. (Truly not a VRBO rental :/ )Non-early check-in (1 hour would’ve been nice), which a hotel would’ve allowed, and this place was more like a long-stay hotel, not a VRBO. One staffer said “yes” to our room being ready, then retracted the offer. What’sApp preferred communication method but...

'Nice unit on ground floor with beautiful view of the waterway.'

'Clean. Excellent value, location, and communication by host.'

'he host was EXCELLENT and a pleasure to meet. Her communication with us made us feel at home, even before we got there. Property at Little River was relaxing and pretty. If it had not rained, we would have enjoyed sitting outside in the area provided. Maybe next time!'

'Price with fees get a bit over the average, and the garage is extremely expensive and annoying.'

'Perfect location if attending an event at hard rock stadium.'

'Locatie van het appartement is prima, dicht bij het strand. Het appartement is ruim opgezet, meerdere badkamers en prima formaat slaapkamers. Het zwembad op het dak is mooi, niet echt geschikt om te zwemmen vanwege de diepte, maar prima voor kinderen. Maar...veel faciliteiten werken niet. De BBQ doet het niet, afzuigkap werkt niet (koken is dan echt een drama vanwege de lucht die in het appartement blijft hangen). Airco maakt veel lawaai, douchekranen zitten los, bestek is beperkt, teflon pannen...

'Property was exactly as advertised. Cozy cool small space but had everything you could want. Quiet street, parking included. 10 out of 10'

'Mooi appartement en lekker kleinschalig met vier units. Zeer luxe ingericht en uitgebreide uitleg van de eigenaar. Mooie tuin met zitgelegenheid. Een aanrader.'

'Great location and clean room'

'Host was so nice. Great area. A/c was beautiful. Very clean. Better than it looks for sure'
