'My friends, pup Lucy, and I had a wonderful stay at this mountain home! My dog and I loved the fenced-in backyard that was connected to the deck. My friends and I were able to spread out while we worked during the week. The home had everything we needed for at-home meals and was a short drive to Bailey (we recommend checking out Aspen Peak Cellars!). '

'I asked to check in one hour early, they stated that I had to pay a $30 fee. The check-in time was supposed to be between 330 to 4. I tried to put the code in a little after 345 but it didn’t work. I called the service line to let them know I was having issues and they told me I was 12 minutes too early. The hot tub pipes were busted. There were signs all over the house stating not to eat or drink in different areas. We ended up not staying. Would not recommend. '

'Perfect stay for skiing. Yes-previous reviews are correct, it’s noisy. But it’s clean, easy to get to. There’s a nice walk through woods if you like that sort of thing. Needs a second coffee cup and a set of wine glasses, but no real complaints about our stay. Would stay again! '

'We did not receive the check-in instructions as they noted. We had to call to get that sorted out. Some other reviewers noted this as well. Wish they could have a bit more kitchen stuff beyond just the bare bone. The microwave showed nothing on the screen to be even able to tell what was going on. Its size is definitely for one or two people. Could be more cleaner in the bathroom and kitchen; JS had to clean the cups and utensils before using them as they clearly had stains. '

'This was a great house and perfect for a family gathering. Our host was awesome and the entire rental process was seamless. '

'This was an ideal location for our visit to Golden. We normally stay in a hotel, but the cost and proximity to things we wanted to do wasn't great. This allowed us to easily get to downtown Golden and spend time together in a comfortable apartment. The beds were comfortable, but the sound of people walking around upstairs would wake us up nightly. We decided that we would probably stay here again, but bring white noise machine.'

'Host is horrible. Our heat in the basement apartment was freezing. We had to buy a space heater to keep warm. We contacted the host and he got back to us Sunday morning at 3 am. There were trash bags piled up outside by hot tub. We got in Saturday night and the tennants upstairs were smoking pot so the basement reeked of weed. Tried to reach them about some type of refund and were completely unresponsive. '
