'Nunca hago reviews y menos de malas condiciones, pero realmente no recomiendo y no me quedaría ahí otra vez. En la noche no ahí agua en el baño, regadera y sink. Cuando llego en la mañana justo me estaba bañando y se fue otra vez. Ahí estuve con jabón asta que regresó. Dan un rollito de papel higiénico de los sensillos. Las toallas muy chicas y viejitas. '

'Room was horrible, no a/c no towels ( we have one upon arrival) that was dirty and wet probably from previous guest. No bath soap, beds in bed shape, old linens, we keep asking for a couple of bath towels all day and we received only one with holes on it. Bathroom door busted with damaged lock, no elevator ( we stayed on 3 floor) so we dragged our luggage all the way up. They change the cost of the room at the last minute.(we end up paying per bed) HORRIBLE!!!'

'Location does not help unless your plan is staying in the hotel all day long. However there is nothing to do...hotel is nice but not incredible. I paid for a room with ocean view and I only heard it, it was so far away to appreciate. Thats why I chose the hotel, they promised an incredible view but nothing. Honestly very dissapointed. Paying for taxis everytime is very expensive. I paid in taxis more than the flight. Food ok but nothing to remember, no cokes available !! I wont back.'

'This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The reason for deducting one star has to do with the fact that they are about 15 mins away from a swimable beach. That was not clearly advertised when we booked our stay. If you are looking for a space to relax, this is the hotel for you. We will definitely be back.'
