« Unser Wochenende in Helmeroth war fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und super ausgestattet. Selbst mit 6 Erwachsenen fehlt es an nichts. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und eine absolute Empfehlung.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. »

« Die Buchung war sehr unaufgeregt, angeschrieben, schnelle Antwort bekommen, bezahlt - top!!! Auch die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verlief mega, dank einer ausfĂŒhrlichen Mail mit angehĂ€ngten Fotos.Unser Aufenthalt war toll! Trotz nicht so tollem Wetters machten wir jeden Tag das Beste draus. Dank der hervorragenden Lage und dem nah gelegenem Parkplatz unter der RheinbrĂŒcke erreichten wir jedes Ziel. Die Innenstadt war mit einem Katzensprung zu erreichen.Die Wohnung selbst hat genĂŒgeng Platz fĂŒr uns drei...

« We have really enjoyed our holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia thanks to Andreas who gave us good tips (restaurants, grocery stores, playgrounds, etc). The nice flat is huge enough to be occupied by 6 people and well furnished. It is also well located to visit Cologne, Bonn or Dusseldorf. The journey is paying off ! »

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "
