'Prima kamer (suite).

'We really enjoyed the place. The amenities are so clean amd the unit we got was nice amd comfortable. The acs were working properly. We give them a 10.'

'Top locatie, goed verzorgd '

'I was given the keys to a room that had none of the amenities that I had reserved and paid for on line. I contacted the desk clerk on duty about my concerns he was rude, told me that he had no other rooms and that he "just worked there". and I could talk to the manager in the morning because he couldn't do anything about the situation. I preparded myself to start to search for other lodgins. I called the person who had referred me and had recommended that I stay there. He was appalled about...

'Stayed here for 2 nights. The exterior of the property was recently updated. My wife and I spent hours in the 2 pools and spa and covered outdoor lounge chairs. Room was spacious and water, coffee, and granola bars were complimentary. Bed was extremely comfortable. Stayed in a 400 dollar a night hotel the 2 nights before this stay and would much rather stay here again. Good bang for your buck and a 10 dollar Uber ride to downtown.'

'Great stay ! Super room ! Super staff !! '

'This was not my first stay at Azure Palm Hot Springs. I returned for the peaceful atmosphere, mineral pools, and the chance to relax in a quiet oasis. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. However, some guests made it impossible to relax. In the salt room, guests wore such strong perfume that I could no longer comfortably stay there. Around the pool, people had loud phone...

'Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room furniture was recently updated, however the shower facilities could use an update too!'

'Guest in room next door were screaming between 2-5am … we called reception several times … they did nothing! Kick the people out or call the police.'
