« We have just returned home from a very peaceful and relaxing couple of days at Cleeves Cabins. We stayed in the Arran Lodge which was very clean and comfortable. « This property was essentially a nice house, with a beautiful garden, however, the cleanliness on arrival was questionable. All the cups and cutlery had to be washed thoroughly before use, the cooker hob was still greasy and the fridge needed cleaning out before use. It was also dusty under the bed. « Donnini Apartments changed the house the day before. So not sure about this house but Wellington View is where they put us. It could be a great place but broken settee and toilet seat . Cleaning could be better old cobwebs, living room rug had old food on it,.sugar on worktops, staines on bed sheets. Replaced bedside lamps as not working left no light bulbs. No heating on when arrived took ages to warm up. No reply to emails »

"Rien à dire sur la chambre, même si un peu sombre et vieillotte. La literie de confort et de qualité, idem pour l'hygiène. Un seul bémol pour le lavabo plutôt un rince doigt. Tout de même l'annexe est décevant par rapport à l'hotel. Ce n'est pas le même standing. Petit-déjeuner très bien sauf l'accueil de la maître d'hôtel qui laisse à désirer, surtout au réveil : peu chaleureuse et peu accessible, elle parle fort et très vite. S'est montrée fortement désagréable. "
