« Michael and Joyce could not have been more accommodating! As soon as we arrived Joyce made us a cup of tea and made us feel like family in the first 5 minutes. The bedroom was extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to make tea and coffee in the room and enjoy it with the tasty Walker shortbread cookies that were supplied as well. « Beautiful guest house just a couple of minutes from the long sandy beach in Ayr. Fantastic location for walking and just a few minutes to the town center. Our room was pristine, it even had its own small fridge, with a bottle of chilled water and fresh milk. The room also has a microwave. There's a choice of cooked breakfast, which was just perfect. »

« We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. « Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »
