Flats in Avon

'Very nice space - convenient location, loved the babbling brook, also very quiet .'

'We enjoyed our weekend getaway here with our 2 good friends. Place is very cozy and inviting. We were asked to remove shoes at door. Floors seemed to be a little sticky walking through hallway and kitchen area. Liked the natural lighting during the day. It is a little noisy being so close to the road but not horrible. We had some trouble getting the tv to work, seemed to be some bad connections or loose wiring. We did get it to finally connect so didn't need to reach out to anyone. Kitchen had...

'This was a super clean, fully-equipped condo that made us feel right at home. We loved the bright morning sun, being able to walk to Agave for Taco Tuesday (great food!), and the convenient proximity to everything in the Vail valley. The river walk trail, a paved path good for walking, biking, etc., is just past the buildings, so between our other plans we enjoyed a walk to town for coffee, stopping off to play in the river, and took in the peaceful sound of the water. The complex was quiet and...

'This stay exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Check-in was simple and the property looked even better in person than in the listing photos. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. We’d happily book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.'

'We had a great experience loved the location'

'Very nice location in Avon and easy access to free local shuttle transportation. There is a washer and dryer, not just a dryer as listed. No A/C so just be prepared in warm summer months.'

'The host provided clear and detailed check in instructions. The condo is in an excellent location, walkable to Nottingham Park and the Bear Lot, and had a great view of Beaver Creek. Furnishings are modern. The room with elevated twin beds was perfect for our kids, the sofa in the living area converted to a comfortable bed, and the primary bedroom was also comfortable.'

'Host was very responsive. Wonderful condo conveniently located just a short drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook during their stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!'

'We loved staying at the One Riverfront Condos at the Westin/Avon. We've stayed in the hotel many times over the past several years, and watched this development being built. Everything was immaculate, AC was important this year with it being so hot in Colorado this summer. The linens, appliances, view, just the right size for the two of us. We loved having a full size kitchen during the week, and the washer and dryer. We used the shuttle at the Westin for rides to Vail Village and Beaver Creek...
