Flats in Austin

'This is a great place with lovely views of Lake Travis. The Internet wasn't a good connection which to some may be a downer but we loved it. It forced us to truly unplug which we needed. There were resident deer that allowed us to get within inches of them as they have been fed by locals and guests so they aren't skiddish. It was a really awesome experience. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to any person or couple!!!Very clean and quaint. It's a must on your next vacay...

'The rain did not cooperate with our vacation, but the island is great even in bad weather. Enjoyed the indoor pool, the deer, and the condo is great and we loved it.'

'I booked a last minute trip for four nights and had lots of questions for the owner before I even booked. She answered the questions quickly and professionally. The condo is very well kept and decorated but the view was BEAUTIFUL! We also loved the pool. I will going back next time I am in Austin.'

'The location of this property was perfect! Easy walking to everything in the area. There is a fair amount of street noise on the weekend and you can hear the birds very early in the morning so good to have earplugs. The pool was small but lovely to sit around and relax. The unit was clean and could use some updating but beds were comfy and it fit our needs.'

'Made a quick decision to go to the lake, the condo is right on the lake but a few hundred feet up the cliff to the lake. There’s not a lot to do in the area unless you have a boat or plan to rent. We had lunch at Capt Pete’s marina and it was very good. Spent the 2nd day across the lake at Stonehouse vineyard, good Texas wine only problem it’s an hour drive around the lake. All in all it’s a very nice condo and priced well'
