I would not recommend this property until upgrades and remodeling is done! I arrived at the hotel at approx. 6pm. I entered and went to the check-in desk. I was greeted by (don't recall his name) the clerk. He quickly assigned a room and we were on our way. We arrived at the room. I had to force the door open due to a closet door that was on the floor. I went to call the front desk from the room phone and it was unplugged and the wire between the hand set and desk was cut. We tried to turn the air conditioning on and NO LUCK. We tried the unit near the window; it did not work. We tried the wall thermostat and it did not work either. The walls were filled with open holes from nails being pulled out. The bathtub had a no slip mat glued to it that was disgustingly dirty. The room was a complete mess. I called the front desk from my personal phone and he promptly asked me to come get keys to another room. No apology for the inconvenience. Now at room #2 and again, it was like they were working on this room. There was a very strong smell of paint. The same things were checked and the same results were found. We called the front desk and again, the clerk, was very accommodating in regards to getting us Room #3. He did not apologize even one time for the inconvenience of us having to move our luggage 3 times. Finally, in Room #3. The bathtub and walls were all in the same condition. The air-conditioning was working, thankfully. Not enough room for the rest of my review. I have pics.
