'My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. 'Great value for a large one bedroom suite! Stainless appliances and granite countertops. Modern and large cook top and refrigerator with ice maker. Larger and more upscale compared to Residence Inn with half the price. Great customer service!'
