'Room was clean but could do with some re-decoration as a bit run down, but bed was very comfy! Hair dryers didn’t work, but that’s not a huge issue. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolute great! My main feedback is that it just seemed like it needed a lot of maintenance and there was maintenance going on around me a lot! I would have just liked to be told before booking. '

Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! Breakfast is good, Menu is simple but also good to take you dinner in house. Be prepared for an extra service charge of 10% and 12% tax on top of all you order. Staff is very helpful.
