« Clean rooms, the beach pass is super convenient, staff was great, location is perfect, reasonably priced.
Parking is a bit of an adventure, included and usually nearly full. There’s garage space in the back that unfortunately floods a couple inches with heavy rain. Not enough to be concerned with car damage, but getting to the car with dry feet was a challenge
Additionally the roof leaked rainwater from said heavy rains one night onto one of our beds but the staff was prompt about addressing...

Room was clean. ( the couch bed had no bedding in the room )
Trying to get ahold of staff is hard . Lobby is in a different hotel up the block . They do not promptly answer the phone ( ok they could be busy ) take the walk up the block and no one there .
Asking for xtra towels took 3.5 hours .
Other then that for the price , closeness to the beach and boardwalk it was a very good place
Parking is tight...

During check in, we were asked to pay $25 resort fees. Now this fee was totally surprise fee as Expedia didn't mention any such fees. I had no problem paying $25 resort fee, but I was expecting resort like services. There was no coffee maker in the room. No paper cups in the room, all plastic cups.
