  • Breng uw vakantie dit jaar door op het strand! Wat een geweldige plek om te zijn voor Thanksgiving, Kerstmis of zelfs oudejaarsavond!

    Dit Tar Landing appartement is de perfecte familie vakantie naar huis ... breng meerdere families en vrienden om te genieten van het adembenemende uitzicht op de oceaan! Kom zitten op de veranda van Papa Jim en neem een ijskoud glas zoete thee ... ontspan en geniet van de zonsondergang met een glas wijn. Het ruime en comfortabele appartement is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je vakantie. Zaterdag tot zaterdag verhuur alleen tijdens het hoofdseizoen van juni, juli en augustus. Huurders mogen 2 auto's alleen op eenheid.
    GEEN HUISDIEREN!!

    Als u dit prachtige appartement binnengaat, ziet u aan de linkerkant een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Een ligbad verbindt met de volgende slaapkamer - die drie aparte bedden en een tweepersoonsbed heeft. Dit gebied zou perfect zijn voor de kinderen om zich te verzamelen. Er is een tv in deze kamer voor de kinderen om van te genieten.

    Ga naar boven naar de tweede verdieping waar u de prachtige keuken vindt met stijlvolle granieten werkbladen. De keuken opent direct naar de woonkamer en eetkamer, en vanaf daar ga je naar buiten op het dek om het spectaculaire uitzicht op de oceaan te zien. Er is een tv in de woonkamer voor het bekijken van het gezin. Net voorbij de keuken is een bar en een complete badkamer die leidt naar een andere slaapkamer. Deze slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een stapelbed. Let op de privédeur die naar buiten leidt ...

    De bovenste verdieping heeft twee slaapkamers, beide met kingsize bedden. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen grote badkamer met dubbele wastafels. * Bonus * er is een extra douche die beide badkamers samenvoegt! Genoeg plekken voor iedereen om na het strand opgeruimd te worden :) Beide kamers hebben tv's om te genieten van een beetje ontspannen tijd.

    Dit geweldige huis biedt gemakkelijk plaats aan 15 personen en ligt zeer dicht bij het staatspark van Fort Macon. Bij Tar Landing zijn geen boten, jetski's, aanhangwagens of campers of motorfietsen toegestaan.

Amazing Place

My family and I came down from Montana and this was the perfect size house for all of us. We enjoyed the property and being able to wake up and look at the ocean. The property manager Heather was awesome and very helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

Summer 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Papa Jim's. There was plenty of room for everyone! Really loved have the extra fridge on the first floor. The view of the ocean was really nice and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again! :)

Great place!

This was not our first time staying at this property. It is just as advertised with plenty of space for a family with children to spread out. The place is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the views are amazing. Property manager is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful! We will surely be back again!

Newton Family vacation

Loved the condo. We’ve stayed at probably 6 other condos in Tar Landing over the last 40 years and this was our favorite. Best view in the whole complex. The beds already being made was a nice extra touch. Heather was great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait till next year.

They are old and flat. The sheets this year were also difficult bc they are obviously not deep pocket so never stayed on the mattress. Otherwise the unit is just what we needed!

Beautiful view, kept up well with the exception of the oven not working the last three days of our stay and the stovetop not working the last two days of our stay. Tar Landing is very nice and we love that property, I was disappointed we had to throw out a lot of food upon leaving and we were on a one week vacation so making time for repair people to come i and fix the stove and oven was not something we wanted to wait around for, I feel that we should have been given some money back due to that issue alone, but it was not offered.

2024 Vacation

We sat on the swing every day. The property was clean and well maintained. Heather was wonderful to work with!! I would recommend, but would rather keep it a secret..lol! We have been coming down and staying only at Tar Landing on and off since 1987. We spend most of our time at the beach. But do love Amos Mosquito and The Island Grille. We always visit Beaufort and the water front in Morehead City. I gave 5 stars on everything except the condition, but only for a couple things that could use a refresh.

We have been staying at Tar Landing Villas for 25 years. My family owned a condo there until 2021. It is the best place to vacation on the island in my opinion. The Property Manager, Heather went above and beyond to help us with some issues we had with the cleaners and some things we needed for the condo and she was so kind and helpful. The beach is private and I was really surprised that it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, which we loved. We normally come down in August but July was great. We love the pool and the views of the ocean were great. We even left the doors open one night to listen to the ocean while we slept. It is a great spot for a large family with children. Thank you to Heather for making our stay amazing! And this is a place we would definitely stay at again!

There were a few issues with cleanliness, leaks that caused wet ceiling tiles, trash receptacles that were too small and numerous spiders (on the bottom floor). View was great, and a quick walk to the beach. I’m sure the issues we noticed will be remedied with Heather’s involvement.

Nice Stay

Great property with even better location. Very clean and linens and towels were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked but they could replace some of the pans that have the finish coming off. VERY small kitchen, so use it wisely! Loved the 2nd fridge downstairs, the filtered water at the kitchen sink and the amazing views. Thanks for sharing your property with us again (also stayed in 2020).

We had an amazing stay! The only thing we’d say needs to be improved is the age of the TV and remotes. I don’t even think they need to be upgraded to the newest models, but at least a few years newer! Other than that everything was absolutely stunning!!

Plenty of room for 4 couples

4 couples were very comfortable with full/queens and private baths. Sitting areas accommodated us as well. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds for all. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a convenient walk to the beautiful beach.

Great beach getaway

We had 2 babies, 2 kids, and 4 adults and this was a great spot! You couldn’t ask for a shorter walk to the beach, and the view itself is nice. The beds were comfortable and we felt we could truly spread out. The rental was clean. We’d stay here again!

Atlantic beach vacation 2021

Another amazing vacation at Atlantic beach NC. Check in was simple, Heather made everything perfect. I called her with a few little problems, and she sent out Andy right away, and took care it things immediately. . Plenty of space for our family, with room left over.

Great location and property management

My family had a wonderful time and plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and plenty of towels/linens. Beds comfy! Property Manager, Heather, was the kindest. Check in was very easy.
