Wonderful Stay

Communication prior to our trip was great. Sherrie also commute with us the week prior to check-in and the day of check-in to make sure that we had all the information that we needed. The condo is beautiful and very clean! We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and gather together for family game night. Beach access was very easy and having the beach wagon with chairs and toys was great as we did not have to bring anything. We had most of our meals in the condo and everything we needed to prepare the meals was present. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Wonderful!

My family and I had an excellent stay here. The owner was very accommodating and provided so many extra’s like beach towels, beach cart, shampoo, soap, beach toys etc.. we had everything we needed! She was also very easy to communicate with. Check in and checkout was simple and stress free. The view of the ocean from the balcony was nice as well as the very short walk to the beach. The condo is clean and spacious. We hope to stay again soon!

Couldn't ask for more. Home away from home

Sherrie was an amazing host. The property was clean, beautiful and well stocked with anything you could think of for cooking and making your stay like home. If you could want any anything else consider yourself never satisfied. The amenities were above reproach, I've been staying down here for years and this is our finest experience. Very nice condo

We had a party of 5 with one 10 yr old child. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had easy access to the beach just accross the street. The owner was very hospitable. We all enjoyed the stay very much and the weather was great too.

Wonderful stay at the beach

The property was exactly as shown, tons of room for everybody. It was very clean! The beach is right across the road & the property was within walking distance to a lot of things. It had all we needed and more, stocked kitchen and tons of beach gear. My family had an amazing week here & would highly recommend!

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful time at Sherrie’s condo in Atlantic Beach. The place is exactly as described. It’s clean, well stocked, and has easy access to the beach. It was so convenient to have so much provided for us (towels, linens, beach gear, etc). Sherrie was easy to communicate with and addressed any questions promptly. We highly recommend this for families looking to stay in Atlantic Beach.

Perfect stress free beach vacation

The place was just as described, not having to pack and bring a lot of the normal extras (towels, beach stuff,…) helped reduce the packing and travel stress so we could focus on relaxing :) The weather was perfect, the location just a short walk to the beach and all the extras (cabana and beach cart especially) made the beach time so enjoyable! We enjoyed family time, playing games, dinners together. Thank you!! We plan to be back!

Wonderful Condo

We absolutely loved the condo. Being on the 2nd floor was really nice. The elevator was a plus and worked perfect. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a family of 6. I was overly pleased with all the kitchen essentials the owners accommodate with and all the beach accessories they provide for our stay. It truly made a stress-free trip. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we will definitely be back again. I enjoyed the location and just everything about it. Even the pool was clean, and everyone is truly nice there.

Excellent rental

One of the best rentals we have stayed in. Sherrie has it covered from anything in the kitchen to beach items! Just bring yourselves and make a quick stop at the grocery and you are off to the beach which is just a quick walk across the street. We enjoyed our stay in Atlantic Beach and will be back again!

Beach Heaven Gem

We were out in Atlantic Beach for a family vacation. We traveled from Los Angeles and had found this VRBO property online, we had never been to this area. When we arrived we noticed, prior to us actually getting into the condo, the beach access was only a minute away which was very nice. The daily trips to the beach would be very easy. The condo itself made an instant impression as the entrance hallway lead to a wide open space with a full kitchen, dining area, and family room, along with bar stools at a large kitchen island. Even though we were across the street from the beach, you could see the ocean from a large living room window. There was also a porch that provided a view of the ocean. The kitchen came with more than enough cooking, eating, and, especially, glassware. More than enough for our trip. This might not seem relevant to some, but the dining table was able to hold eight (8) individuals around an expanding table. This allowed us to enjoy meals around the table along with having our in-laws join us for dinner, who live in the area. Like the kitchenware, we have stayed at properties that accommodated six (6) adults to sleep but had a table that only was big enough for four (4) and maybe a counter top with two (2) chairs. This property did not disappoint!!!!!! Additionally, the property provided necessary beach items, chairs, shades and a shade structure, so we did not have to worry. We loved the place and look to staying again in the future.

Second year we have stayed in the condo. Owner keeps updating the furnishings and very comfortable. Actually I would not expect anything but first class and cleanliness of the property. The only minor complaint is the beach buggie was not clean and soda cans left in the holders from last renters. Thank you Sherrie, and would like to return next season.

Best vacation ever!

We absolutely loved our week at Pelican Point! Sherrie has thought of everything and provides a few special touches! The condo was so welcoming - very clean, bath towels and beach towels laid out for each guest and a bottle of prosesco and a bouquet of fresh flowers awaited us! The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you may need. The kitchen, dining area and living room are very open and roomy. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and also walking to the end of the road to to watch sunrises and sunsets on the pier on the sound. It’s a quick walk to the beach and the beach accessories are awesome - chairs, coolers, beach toys, a wonderful cabana that is easy to set up and best of all a beach cart to get everything to that beach easily. We loved, loved, loved our 2022 family vacation at Pelican Point at Atlantic Beach!!

Great place all around! Perfect for our family including our Son, Daughter in law and 3 year old twins. Along with the proximity to the beach, The Pelican had everything we needed from bedrooms, kitchen/ living space to beach chairs and toys. So well thought out. Would love to visit again.

Great beach condo with ALL the extras

Our family of 6 enjoyed this home immensely. We travel frequently for business and pleasure and this space will not disappoint. The owner was attentive and a great communicator. The price was well worth the home plus amenities. The home was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The pool was cleaned daily and had great lounge chairs. The pool maintenence man was kind and took pride in his work. Pool hours accommodated late night swims until 11pm which was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Location was great for beach days and the cart to haul beach chairs, umbrellas, tent, toys, cooler and boogie boards (ALL PROVIDED) was a godsend. Outdoor shower minimized sand being drug into the home. We loved how the town has crosswalks that are button operated and drivers are attentive to pedestrians. Close to food, grocery store, beach shops and ice cream. The owners literally thought of everything and we were impressed when we continued to find helpful amenities throughout the home during our week stay (i.e. baggies, spices, cleaning products, vinegar for jellyfish stings, soaps, handheld vacuum, cooking utensils, velvet hangers, etc). Things in the home were labeled which was also extremely helpful. Many family games were provided and enjoyed. The porch overlooks the ocean and was great for morning coffee from the keurig. Furnishings were sturdy, clean and well maintained. When we arrived each bed had a beach towel and shower towel ready for every family member. The owner also gifted a bottle of wine. Beds were cozy and bedding was provided at no additional cost. Laundry (full size) is in the home and in common area in the hallway closet. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Parking was close and well lit. Thank you for sharing your home. Highly recommend this place for so many reasons. Will not disappoint.
