I was in an emergency and needed a clean and safe place to stay. Sleep Inn did not disappoint. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are friendly and there is a security guard at night. Convenient to shopping and easy access to the interstate. I would stay again and recommend to my friends.

The continental breakfast was not welcoming. Nothing to drink. I had to ask for water. This hotel was once a hot commodity in Lithonia. They need to do some more ground work outside and freshing the rooms a bit more. Bring this hotel back to life.

We apologize. We had maintenance issues in the breakfast area and had to improvise a solution involving the breakfast bags. We have switched our policies and made the bags readily available now in the morning.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a response. We had a plumbing emergency that knocked out our breakfast area. The sack breakfast was an improvised solution. The breakfast area should be fixed within two weeks. Hot water is available, but for some rooms requires running the sink simultaneously. This situation is being remedied. We are aware of this and are taking steps to address this problem. We sincerely hope you give us another chance in the near future.

Their breakfast was a brown bag with a small orange or apple and a few processed packages. Pathetic. The rooms they gave us was occupied by others. They had to search for empty rooms. The told my friend they could not honour his reservation, they were over booked. He had to find another hotel.

There was a compounding maintenance issue that flooded our breakfast area and several of our rooms that severely diminished our availability. The sack breakfast was an improvised solution. Property was conveniently off I-20, seemed put together until we got into the room where the shower was dirty and didn’t run hot. Booked and was asked how many beds I needed but still didn’t get what I asked for, sharing one bed for 4 people was rough but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for service. All night there was noise with people screaming and shouting, doors slamming shut and furniture moving around. If it wasn’t late in the night/early morning, I would have packed the kids up and went somewhere else but honestly was scared. Hotel was suppose to have breakfast but there was nothing prepared at all and no one at the front desk or around property to go check out or speak with. Will never stay there again or suggest it to anyone in that area.

I came in on my second night and got to the room and my key didn’t work.Went to the receptionist and he said I only had 1 night reserved when I knew for sure it was 2 he checked and seen it was actually 2 nights as well..they had taken all my belongings and put them in a office this was unacceptable and very displeasing I do not at all recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Red Roof Inn is NOT what it used to be...smh. The price doesn't match the "amenities" at all. Great location, but the stained walls, decrepit appliances, raggedy furniture, gnats, smelly a/c units are all just too much. I HAD TO sweep the room, spray and wipe the entire room down with a disinfectant spray (shower & all) before sitting my things in here. I was really nervous about the bathroom, because it seems to be littered with mold. Maybe if the cleaning and basic care of the hotel had been taken seriously, it wouldn't be in this condition. If I had my way, I'd gut it out & start over.
