- There will be a $500 security deposit hold which is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way.

- Please note: We do not refund any credit card processing fees upon cancellation.

- We have security camera's facing the yard's, they will be on during your stay.

- There is a smoke and decibel meter that will notify you via text if you reach the noise limits for our area, or if you are found to be smoking (cigarette, cigar, vaping, or marijuana) on the property. Please note that it does NOT monitor or record conversations, but simply the noise level and the presence of smoke.
