No cleaning fee.

The space
A 40' shipping container studio with soaring 8'+ ceilings, featuring a bathroom, kitchenette, sofa/TV lounge, and a bedroom with a queen bed. A desk gives you a real spot to work, and double glass patio doors open onto your own private deck and fenced yard — lit up at night with warm solar lights for a cozy outdoor evening. Guests consistently call out the disco ball and music-themed decor as a favorite touch — this isn't a cookie-cutter stay.

Guest access
You'll have full use of the studio, deck, and fenced yard for your stay. Please note the driveway is a shared common area with the host and other guests, so we ask that it not be used as a hangout spot outside of coming and going.

Other things to note
Traveling with a dog? Add them to your reservation in advance (pet fee applies — undeclared dogs will be charged during the stay). We're unable to accommodate cats.

Dog guidelines:
1. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the studio (we can provide a medium crate — just let us know ahead of time).
2. Dogs must be leashed anytime they're outside the fenced patio, including the driveway and neighborhood — the driveway is shared with other guests, so this applies even to the best-behaved pups.
3. Please clean up after your dog using the provided bags and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash cans to keep the patio area nice for the next guest.
