Take in the tranquility of this idyllic hilltop home set on 1.4 acres in the heart of wine country in Atascadero. Just minutes to town! Enjoy sun-drenched rooms with large windows and French doors opening up to al fresco living on the expansive flagstone patio.

The 3 bedroom/2.5 bath 2,253 sf home offers en suite master bedroom, hand scraped Brazilian wood and tile flooring, fireplace, commercial range & oven. This home offers an open concept floor plan, HVAC, recessed lighting, ceiling fans and gated keypad entry. With a long driveway flanked by olive trees, the grounds also feature in ground white plaster pool and above ground spa, and is surrounded by oaks. After a hiatus for a few years we are back better than ever with a completely remodeled pool and spa including a larger flat area for sunbathin. The Baja shelf allows you to just dip your toes, or jump all the way in .
Take a walk down the driveway and you’ll be greeted by a seasonal creek. For some exercise there are two trail head’s within walking distance. To the West is the popular Three Bridges trail with stunning panoramic views at the peak. To the East is a short, mostly flat walk through a native tree planting along the creek.

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay here! I would definitely come back here.Pros:- I loved loved loved the location! Peaceful and calm!- Friendly host- Instructions were clear- Fully stocked kitchen- Clean house with luxury hand soap in every bathroomCons- The towels and linens seems to be worn out and need replacement- The two full beds in the attic are uncomfortable as those are airbeds. It would be nice to get those replace, but this isn't a problem if those are not needed.- Since this is a single-family house (not a townhouse or a condo), we assumed there will be the laundry facilities and that's not the case.

Amazing property and kind/generous hosts

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a gorgeous area that I had never been to before. Imagine being in an oak forest with huge mature oak trees, deers wandering about, and we could even hear owls at night as we watched the full moon rise from the deck, with tea lights lining the area and the perfect pool right next to us. I loved the simple chic design of the house-it felt very homey! We had everything we needed and more. Also, Amy was very responsive, but didn't ask a bunch of questions-it felt good to be trusted. I have had other hosts in the past ask a lot of questions, and it made me feel like I had done something wrong! Amy just wanted us to have an enjoyable stay-an energy and intention that was much appreciated and set a happy and calm tone for our weekend getaway. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this dream home.

Luxury Central Coast getaway!

Amy's property was amazing. I hunted VRBO for weeks and her property was hands down one of the best I could find in the area. I booked this house on behalf of my parents for my wedding weekend. The home has everything you could need and having the pool was a definite plus! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Atascadero. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a nice weekend away! The homeowner was very accommodating and responsive and she went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable :) I highly recommend this property!

Great layout for enjoying family time

Our family had a great weekend! The open layout of the kitchen and living area lends well to enjoying family time. The kids loved the heated pool and toy room. The view of the mountains and the stars at night off the balcony was just what us city folks needed. Amy was quick to respond when I had questions. Would definitely come again!

Perfect for our weekend!

This lovely home has to be one of the nicest in Atascadero. It suited our needs perfectly as myself and three adult children were in town for a wedding. We live in the SF Bay area. The open floor plan allowed for wonderful interaction with my family, and the kitchen is beautiful and perfect for our hanging around the island socializing and eating! The pool and hot tub were lovely looking out onto the hills. Amy was very accommodating.

Great place!

Great place! Exactly as pictured. The drive to get to the property is very pretty and you see lots of deer and animals, so just be careful as you drive. One thing to note, if you want to ride share around - its a bit out of the way so you'll have to drive more often. Overall, my group of couples and I had an amazing time!

Amazing home, perfect for a family or small group to get away.

We had a group of 10 people stay at Amy's home. Beautiful home, bright, open, clean, and quiet. She answered all our questions and accommodated all our needs. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and bbq. Even had a note with loaves of sourdough bread waiting for us. Great weekend away.

Decent property, broken hot tub, power outage, unforgiving owners

We were looking for a place to stay with a hot tub and this was the only one in the area that could accommodate our group. The hot tub turned on but it never got hot which was a big let down. Then there was a power outage for the entire night. The house was completely dark and the gate leaving the property didn't work so we were trapped there. We made a fire in their fire pit as that was our only light and heat but were charged $50 from our security deposit for burning their firewood. In addition they charged us $40 from our deposit claiming that we took or broke glassware. We accidentally broke one mason jar but cleaned and put everything else back. All in all the property was ok but the owners were very unforgiving. I was hoping to be partially compensated for our troubles and get my full deposit refunded but they claimed the fine print didn't hold them responsible. I would not recommend anyone stay here, especially if you want to use the hot tub or get your full refund back.
