'We arrived 2 hours too early, but that wasnt a problem. We were greeted with a cold mocktail and could check in immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen was perfectly equiped. We had an amazing view of the see and mountainbikers (not every room has this). Amazing accommodation with 2 pools, enough beds and every pool has a great bar. We did eat once at the buffet, which has a good selection of food, good quality and friendly service....

Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. 'Perfect hotel, just renovated, rooms comfortable, modern and clean. Hotel grounds with lots of greenery, sunbeds, hammocks and a beautiful swimming pool. Quiet location, cozy bar and an excellent restaurant. Very friendly staff, always helpful. Excellent price / quality ratio. The area is not very touristy, but there are special excavations, beautiful walks and the south coast can also be reached by rental car.'

Un piccolo rimprovero, ci potrebbero essere più persone a lavorare, da quello che ho visto, il personale lavora troppe ore ed ognuno il doppio per mancanza. Camere pulite ordinate, spazi comuni ben tenuti piscina molto carina!!'

'Een prachtig resort aan zee. Eigenlijk ben je bij dit resort binnen ook buiten; hele wanden kunnen worden weggeklapt waardoor er altijd een frisse zeewin door het hoofdgebouw waait. Professioneel en vriendelijk personeel. Strandbedjes bij het zwembad wel continue bezet, maar er zijn genoeg strandbedden op het bijbehorende strand.Wij hadden een swim-up suite, heel aangenaam. Ook het a la carte restaurant is zeer goed. vraag om een tafel buiten, dan geniet je van een schitterende zonsondergang.'

They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. 'We stayed 5 nights in a junior suite beach front room at this beachside hotel/beach club, and enjoyed every minute. The staff was super friendly and helpful at every request. The pool area is absolutely amazing and never crowded - it is also a beach club and we loved the vibe with the DJ. The hotel is very small, so it was very personable and felt exclusive. The breakfast was amazing and made to order every morning - try the spinach omelette! We also had a plate of mouthwatering crisp...

'Licht und Schatten Als erstes vorweg, es steht zwar Sentido drauf ist aber maximal Sentido ligth drin. Im Vergleich zum Sentido Blue auf Kreta zwei Kategorien darunter. Zum positiven: Personal wirklich top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist für ein AI-Buffet ok und abwechslungsreich aber die Getränke wie Wein, Cocktails, etc. sind billiger Fusel. Die Poolanlagen sind sehr großzügig Die Zimmer und Anlage insgesamt sehr sauber Nun zum eher negativen Eindruck: Bei den Zimmern kommt es...
