'This rental experience should be a 10 star. Communication with Ali was excellent and she was very helpful and prompt with all communication. The property was very clean (kudos to housekeeping) for cleaning the rugs prior to our arrival. It was also well stocked with everything needed for a fabulous stay. My family commented that the kitchen items were much better than any other rental property. I look forward to staying there again. '

Because of this, we had a bit of difficulty locating the property and understanding how to check in and unload the car. I did call the front desk and they were very helpful in directing us to the property front door and once we were finally checked in, we were more at ease with the property. 'The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place...

'This condo was immaculate. At the time of our stay, there was construction, which limited some parking, but we were still able to park quite close to the condo. It was an easy check-in process, as the code was provided just prior to our arrival. Highly recommend completing the pre-registration forms as you receive them.
