Amazing and very trustworthy

Great choice for 2 couples to share - good location, easy walking distance to Old Montreal. We had a nice surprise to find our unit had 2 full baths! The unit is reasonably well appointed, however a couple of things could have been improved… (eg more chairs, enough coffee cups, etc). Downside: parking is included but is accessed a block away from the hotel entrance. Very strong perfume/cologne smell in the lobby… should be corrected.

I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here. This should not even be classified as a hotel. The advertised 24-hour front desk does not exist. There is no physical reception, and communication was extremely poor. Messages and phone calls often went unanswered, several questions were never answered at all, and staff even hung up on us multiple times. The room was dirty upon arrival, and we found silverfish/firebrats and ants. We wanted to cancel and leave before spending our first night. Despite advertising daily housekeeping, rooms are not cleaned unless requested 24 hours in advance, something that is not disclosed anywhere. The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking even basic items such as glasses and cups. The room was far from soundproof, and we could clearly hear people in neighboring rooms, hallways, and other floors. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult because access instructions were only sent through the Hotels.com app. As international travelers without activated data roaming, this caused significant problems. Overall, the property did not match its description and provided a very disappointing experience.
