New appliances, bedding, furniture, and heated floors create a stunning accommodation for you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy yourself. Located on the 5th floor, this residence features a full kitchen, dining room, and living room; and enjoy mountain views while lounging on your sunset view balcony. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

The condo was perfect for our mini-vacation--nicely furnished, top end appliances, and a great location near downtown Asheville. We appreciated the security of the building and the convenience of an assigned parking space. We even got to see a beautiful sunset on our last evening at the condo! Great downtown spot

Really enjoyed our stay. The building was on the edge of downtown and we were able to explore all of downtown on foot with ease. The condo was great and very comfortable with lots of conveniences, and the secured garage parking space was appreciated. A very short drive to the Biltmore. Had a great time enjoying Asheville!

Relaxing Stay

Would stay in this property the next time we visit Asheville. Very clean! There were extra towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had a roll of paper towel, detergent and scouring sponge for us to use, along with the necessary utensils, pots and pans to make meals. The instructions provided were clear and made for an easy access to the garage and property.

Very nice

This condo was clean, well-furnished and equipped and even had a view of the mountains off the balcony. It was an easy walk to the downtown area with quite a lot of restaurants and bars. Asheville is a fun place to visit and would highly recommend it.

I woke up to ants on my bed sheets, bedside table, and floor rug in the master bedroom. I happened to have bug spray because my son was leaving on a camping trip. I killed as many ants as I could. I informed the host and basically received a “sorry.” In my car, on my way home, I found ants in my suitcase. The host response did not match the Luxury Condominium.

Beautiful Condo in Downtown

The condo was perfect for my husband and me and our daughter and her husband. Easy to have privacy and great for family time in the evening. Very clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, short walk to restaurants and shops. Good instructions on how to enter the garage and lobby, but the first time was a bit tricky. After that, it was easy. Even nicer than promised!

The apartment was nice, clean, safe, comfortable. It would be nice to have some storage wrap in the unit, as we prepared some food while there and needed baggies or aluminum foil for leftovers. Also, a place for recycables would be nice. The parking situation was inconvenient, as there were two of us meeting in Asheville. My friend had to move her car several times due to weird parking rules in nearby lots. She also paid for the first night overnight before we found out that street parking after 6:00 was free. Would be nice to include that in the instructions.
