'Booked here for mine and my partners 2nd anniversary! Room was bigger than I thought! (Good thing) Nice and clean! Air-conditioning which was a life saver with the weather at the moment! Ended up having a Sunday lunch at the pub next door to the rooms and it was the best Sunday lunch I've had out! Staff we're great and attentive! Would definitely return!'

'Average stay, tv not receiving signal, boiler broke down, although owner came out to fix within a few hours. Very poor welcome pack (small bottle of milk). No logs or kindling for log burner. View from back of cottage spoilt by messy and junk strewn garden. Nice location with good pubs in village that did good food, just check what days they open.'

'The hotel is fabulous, the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are clean and luxurious. The only thing that could be improved is to fit air conditioning in the rooms. At night the room became quite stuffy and it's not possible to open patio doors at night. Apart from that - amazing'

'The room was very clean and tidy! Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is amazing very filling! And the parking is very easy too access but when there are a few guests staying the car park can get very tight, overall really good and best bit its only 17 mins drive too Alton towers from there '

'Het hotel is wat gedateerd, maar de kamer was keurig netjes en heel belangrijk: we hadden een HEERLIJK bed. De kamers zijn verschrikkelijk gehorig, maar dat komt waarschijnlijk omdat het hotel wat gedateerd is. Er is niets om je aan vast te houden als je het bad in- en uit stapt om te douchen. Voor ouderen kan dit zeer zeker een probleem zijn.'

'Some challanges to find the location, but it was re-designed and looked very well. on monday the kitchen is closed which is a point because in the villages isn't much to eat. Eating is maybe not the strongest point, the continental breakfast was underneath the quality we suspected. I don't know which continent they are refering to but it looked Africa. '
