'Staff remembered us from 2 weeks ago Room was clean and comfortable Two weeks ago breakfast was good. This time the sausages, eggs and hash browns were lukewarm and dry. The hash browns were so dry that a knife wouldn’t cut them. You could snap them in half. '

'Hotel is ruled by mostley"yong" women. Rooms are dirty. Doors and floors. There were 3 trachcans. One has been emtyd. Towels were take away. No towels are put back. Run out off coffie or hot water in the afternoon. They do their best but thy just not see it..... they are busy with little tickets with who they like to work most.....'
