'Let me start with, this is not a 5 star motel, move on if that is what you are after. But it is a great little motel that has good value for the price. Right next to a busy highway, so a little noisy but the a/c blocks most of that and just across that highway is lots of handy businesses in a few strip malls. 'I love the peaceful location and the size of the room. The hostess is very warm and helpful. Great room deco in the dining room and delicious breakfast. Squeaky floor in a historic building is normal and I am okay with it.'

'The air conditioning did not work at all, it was better to leave the door open. It was sooo hot, the kitchenette was helpful with all plates and knives and cutting boards, and the laundry was down the haul, would be helpful to have soap to buy there. Very nice staff tho, just need to get those air conditioners working better!'
