Mooi appartement je proeft zelfs hier de sfeer van Nice (en de sfeer in het oude Nice is in onze ogen tegen het perfecte aan, mooie en fijne eetgelegenheden, leuke winkeltjes en leuke barretjes). Frank heeft het prima hier voor elkaar, fijne bedden, fijne slaapbank. Onze kinderen van 12 en 14 zijn niet altijd gecharmeerd van een stad, maar de 5 nachten in Nice was ook voor hen een geweldige ervaring. En blije kinderen betekend ook blije ouders....

'This property is a perfect 5-Star for this area. The location is very central and absolutely ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. Everything is within a couple of minutes walking distance. There are amazing restaurants and bars near by, it is very close to the fabulous beach and boardwalk, shopping, groceries, train station, etc. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, historic, luxurious and in a very safe, pleasant and relaxed neighbourhood. Appliances in perfect condition and everything available to make your own meal. 'Die Wohnung im Hinterhaus 2.OG ist verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig gelegen (1Tramstation vom Hauptbahnhof am ehemaligen Gare du Sud). Markt vor der Tür, Bäcker und Supermärkte um die Ecke Eine Seite liegt zum Innenhof, wohin auch die Küchen zweier Restaurants zeigen. Lüften war manchmal schwierig. Ausstattung für drei Personen top.'

'Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for 9 nights. It is fantastic. it is well located and we walked everywhere. We could walk to the train station, the tram stations and the bus stops to take trips that were too far to walk. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There were dishwasher pods and dish soap provided. The three bedrooms are well furnished and the beds are comfortable. There is a full bathroom which includes a shower, a tub, two sinks and a washing machine....

'We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Malin. Het uitzicht was schitterend en de locatie super handig. Goed bereikbaar met tram en bus (maar ook te voet) en leuk gelegen in de haven. Malin is een hele fijne flexibele host!'

'It is a fabulous apartmemt when you visit Nice. The building is very nice and French. The apartment contains everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. In just 5 minutes you walk to the central station. A bakery is just around the corner. There are supermarkten, restaurants, bars etc nearby. We loved staying here.'

'Heerlijke dagen gehad met gezin. 4 pers.kamer aan stadszicht. Goede airco en s’nachts goed kunnen slapen, dubbele schuifpui waardoor je niet door hebt in zo’n drukke straat te zitten. Eigenlijk geen negatieve punten maar als ik er dan toch eentje moet opnoemen: balkon is voor 4 personen net te krap, we hadden er wel twee, maar dan kan je niet samen zitten. De accomodatie ligt wel wat verder af van de gezellige eettentjes in het oude centrum, volgende keer zou ik daarom toch iets meer in de buurt...

'Goed bereikbaar vanaf het vliegveld met openbaarvervoer voor de prijs van € 1.50. Met Tram 2 naar Avenue Jean Medecine. Daarna ligt het hotel op 450 meter loopafstand. De ligging is zeer centraal. Op loopafstand van de boulevard, het Oude Nice en de haven. Leuke eetgelegenheden in de directe omgeving. De accommodatie is ruim en schoon. De kamer is voorzien van een volledig ingericht keukenblokje. De douche en het toilet zijn zeer nauw. De douche is niet gelijkvloers. Een hoogte verschil van ik...
