“Le Sparrow” – The Captain’s Secret Legacy ! 🏴‍☠️

✨ Legend has it that, after setting sail once more, the famous Captain Sparrow was once again caught up with by his enemies. Forced to abandon his crew, he escaped aboard a makeshift vessel that carried him all the way to Arras, where he established a secret lair for Pirates: “Le Sparrow”. Since then, the Captain seems to have vanished without a trace, leaving behind a place steeped in mystery.

🏴‍☠️ THE PIRATES’ LAIR “LE SPARROW”

To create this unique place, Captain Sparrow is said to have brought back relics from his expeditions, creating an immersive atmosphere designed to resemble a true Pirates’ lair.

🧭 From the moment you step inside, your exploration begins along a narrow alleyway, resembling a secret passage leading into the heart of the Pirates’ lair.

⚓ Around the corner, the old dock of the lair is revealed. The makeshift vessel said to have carried Captain Sparrow all the way to Arras still lies moored there. Its hold, now transformed into a bathtub, invites passing Pirates to unwind after their long expeditions.

🛟 Here and there, traces of the past still remain: a washbasin crafted from a barrel, old latrines... subtle fragments of a long-buried past.

🍻 Further on, the lair itself comes into view. Enjoy its tavern and relaxation area (with a leather sofa, 4K television and high-speed Wi-Fi), before retreating to the secret alcove, softly lit for a timeless night away.

🍴 In the galley, everything you need is ready to prepare your feasts before your next expeditions. An oven, microwave, coffee machine, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer and utensils make up this fully equipped space, ready to satisfy the Pirate within you.

🧳 Bed linen, towels and toiletries (shampoo and soap) are provided.

🗺️ ACCESS TO THE PIRATES’ LAIR “LE SPARROW”

The secret lair “Le Sparrow” is ideally located just outside the historic centre of Arras, in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, perfect for a peaceful stay.

→ The address will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

→ Self check-in is available to make your arrival easier and give you greater flexibility, particularly in case of a late arrival.

→ The keys are kept in a secure lockbox protected by a code. Details of its location and access code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. The keys must be returned to the same lockbox when you leave.

⏰ BOARDING TIMES

→ On the day of your arrival, Captain Sparrow’s lair is accessible from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

→ Please let us know your approximate arrival time so that we can prepare for your stay under the best possible conditions.

→ The accommodation may occasionally be available earlier. If so, we will let you know.

Plenty of free parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets, just a short distance from the accommodation. Further information will be provided after booking.

🚲 By bicycle:
Your trusty steed can be sheltered inside the building (a bike lock is recommended).

🚆 By train:
Arras train station is approximately a 15- to 20-minute walk away.

🚌 By bus:
The free “Ma Citadine” shuttle serves the train station and the main locations in the city centre from Monday to Saturday, every 10 minutes, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

From the “Sparrow” lair, weigh anchor and set off to discover the treasures of Arras. Its cobbled streets, iconic squares and rich heritage await you just a few minutes away on foot.
