Fridge to store your own beverages (always gets a plus from me), while drinks and snacks were available for purchase at reception. Very friendly staff. 'C’est tout simplement l’un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai eu la chance de séjourner au Portugal, et j’en ai déjà visité beaucoup. La restauration du monument est splendide : l’alliance de l’ancien et du moderne est parfaitement réussie. Le personnel est remarquable, toujours attentif et chaleureux. J’ai eu la chance d'avoir une suite : la chambre, très spacieuse, offre une literie exceptionnelle et même le lit d'appuis est confortable et ça c'est très rare, mon fils fait + 1,80m et à bien dormi ....
