Luxurious Mountain Condo in The Heart Of Bear Valley Village!



Condo is located in the Silver Mountain Condos building, one of the newest

buildings in Bear Valley Village. There is a gated parking garage with one

dedicated space as well as an elevator. This spacious condo offers all of the

luxuries of home, complete with heated radiant heat in the floors. The propane

fireplace offers dry stack slate with gas logs. The fully equipped kitchen

offers Bosch stainless steel appliances, spices, toaster, coffee maker and a

built-in wine rack. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and opens up to

the bathroom with dual vanities, and a glass enclosed stall shower. The

secondary bedroom offers a 2 sets of twin bunk beds plus a sleeper sofa if

needed. The hallway bathroom offers a large vanity and a jetted tub. All

bathrooms are porcelain tiled with radiant heat. There is Blu-ray, dvd/cd .

This is one of the closest condos to all amenities in Bear Valley village.

Just minutes to the Bear Valley Lodge where the bar/ restaurants, general

store and pizza place is located. It is walking distance to the snowmobile and

cross country centers where you can rent snowmobiles or rent snowshoes,

sleds/tubes or cross country skis and kayak in the summer months and rent

bikes. Catch the free shuttle to the slopes at the shuttle stop across from

the Bear Valley Vacation Rentals Office!

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.
