« We had a great time. Everything was as described and perfect for what we wanted in this stay. We loved the outdoor area and the bench swing set up feet away. « This cottage was decorated beautifully in a Paris, France theme with many thoughtful touches like coffee, water, snacks, laundry pods for the washing machine... and even a lock was provided to put on the fence near the "Eiffel Tower" downtown! It was super clean, close to the center of Paris, and the entrance to Mount Magazine. The owner answered our questions quickly and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here : ) »

« Receptical by night stand was not working, coffee filters but no coffee pot or kurig which I feel is a must have in a condo, patio was dirty and pillows nasty. Inside of the condo was very clean and nice. Overall I would rent again and bring my own kurig »

Loved the closeness to downtown, so if needed to run back to drop the dog off or grab a quick lunch, it was absolutely not a problem. Being Pet friendly was also a blessing. « This property is a perfect location for family in town visiting their Harding University student. Everything you need in Searcy is a few miles away. Pecan street house is open, airy, clean, and has all the amenities you need. Great communication throughout the entire stay with quick response rate. We will book again for sure!! »
