'I am a frequent traveler to Searcy and have stayed at various hotels in the area. The Microtel is by far the nicest cleanest hotel for the money. I can spend more right down the street and not have any thing nicer than Microtel. This will be my go to every time I am visiting Searcy. '

'We had originally reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. Once we received our room keys, we went up to the room and found all of the furniture disassembled and nothing in place. We notified the front desk, and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the only solution they had was to split us up into two different rooms. 'I checked in online & it made actual check in so easy. I just gave them my name & they handed me 2 room keys. The staff was very friendly, helpful & professional. The lobby area was clean the decor looked nice too!! Our room was clean with plenty of towels. Everything in the room worked!!! The bed was amazing!!! We slept great!!! My only complaint was the smell of marijuana in the elevators & hallways!! It was very strong!! But other than that our stay was great!!! Would definitely stay here...

'Unfortunately, the blankets on the bed were extremely thin and because they had a large group of people that had checked out when we arrived, they did not have any "clean" extra blankets for the beds, so they provide us with two bedskirts, which I thought was odd. So, we had to drive to a nearby Walmart and purchase two comforters. When checking out, the staff did not appear to sympathize with the inconvenience of us having to provide our own blankets. '

'We checked in and our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. We requested and needed a roll in shower and we were given a tub. The staff were generally apathetic to the fact that we were waiting for a room and then didn’t get the room we needed. There was no one there to check us out in the morning so we left I hope we don’t get a late fee for because we had to be somewhere.'
