'What a beautiful and comfortable stay we had! The room was spacious, clean and quiet. It was hot in Avignon, so we appreciated the air conditioning. The common area included a lovely courtyard as well as a sitting area. We used that while waiting for our taxi the day we departed - Patrick held our luggage as well. 'This place is an unmissable experience with comfortable beds and absolutely stunning décor. The terrace, whether in the evening at the bar or in the morning over breakfast, has a rustic charm steeped in history that captures the beauty of this region. The food is delicious too at the restaurant Solus Locus. Arnaud, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. 'This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. My room was comfortable with a great AC, a little balcony, and stocked with an array of high end bath products. The central garden was a beautiful spot to rest after a day of walking around. 'Die kleine, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Die Lage ist traumhaft, gerade mit Hund: in wenigen Gehminuten ist man an einem Flussbett, welches maximal knietief ist und wo man mit dem Hund jederzeit Zugang hat. Außerdem ist Pont du Gard in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.'

'The apartment is in a very central location although there is no local parking and the parking is a 15 minute walk or use the free bus service. The apartment is 'eclectic' in its furniture and layout but is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately the bathroom had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. Michele is a lovely lady and her recommendations for sites and restaurants was very helpful.'

'Exceptional place with an excellent host. Everything was perfect. We ended up choosing to forego an afternoon of site-seeing just to lounge around the pool in the court yard. The host and his family went above and beyond to make our stay the best couple of days during our two weeks in France.'
