It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and easy to access. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. « Very spacious rental, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Comfortably furnished with leather sofas/chairs in great room. Two showers with lots of hot water, for after hiking. Bed was comfortable, with extra blankets for a chilly evening. We enjoyed being close to Brevard and Pisgah NF. We didn’t have time to enjoy the fire pit; but next time… »

« We loved this house. Great neighborhood and walkable to lots of restaurants, stores, breweries, art galleries. We had some challenges with communication with the realty managing it. Once we were in touch with the actual property manager, things went very smoothly. This house has a minimum 30 day stay. Housekeeping came once and did a minimal clean. »

« The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay. »

« We have just returned home from a weekend at this VERY charming cottage like home in Fletcher, NC! We were in town for a wedding and this was the PERFECT location for all the activities involved. My son and his wife flew in from Chicago to join us and the airport was literally 5 minutes away! That being said, the home was tucked away on a wooded private cul de sac and you’d never know how close you were to the airport and other amenities. It was so clean and comfortable and would stay here...

« We really liked our stay. Great location, quiet, great yard, loved sitting on the front porch ln the evening. We stayed two weeks. I would recommend it except for the bathroom. Too small. The door could only open half way before bumping into the toilet, and the bathtub/shower space was made even smaller by a soap rack at shoulder level that stuck out from the wall. Except for that everything was good. »

« This house was immaculate and we loved the location & neighborhood! In that it was right next to "Jump Off Rock" our morning walks were lovely & peaceful. Ideally located to meet our needs in that family members live close by. We look forward to staying here again in the future. »
