« The staff was very nice and professional. »

« Breakfast was good , found few worms in the Bathroom »

« The looking glass cabin is small but effective and quaint. It had most things needed The grounds were clean and being next to the river was great. The check in process and communication was horrible It took hours wandering around property and 20 phone calls and texts to find our cabin They never texted us the code or cabin assignment at check in time When they finally returned communication, they made us feel as if we were in the wrong with no apology whatsoever. It’s a shame...

« Staff upon checking in wasn't the best. Had to use the restroom prior to checking in and the bathroom was out of service. Lady at the front desk was cold and not very social. Room was okay at best. Floor was coming apart in places. Didn't get breakfast because flight left early. Best part was how close the hotel was to the airport (2 mins). I wouldn't stay there otherwise. »

« We had a room over the breakfast area and the pool which was noisy in the morning and a little strange having a window viewing the indoor pool. »

« Everything was perfect,close to all I needed »

« The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want...

« The shower pressure was great, & I'm glad there was some breakfast & a store to buy snacks/drinks/items. However, the road noise was loud all night, the bed wasn't comfortable to sleep in (too soft & sunk in), & the pillows were too squishy. »

« These are individually owned apartments managed by Lantern Lodge and they are spacious with full kitchens, fireplaces, and jacuzzi tubs and walk-in showers. Although they are 30 years old they are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Very good location near downtown and Biltmore Village area. »

« Very friendly reception. »

« Was clean. »
